Estimates are based on the scope of work described at the time of the site visit; if concealed conditions are discovered after work begins (for example rot behind drywall, damaged subfloor, or code violations left by previous contractors), we will notify you in writing and provide a change order for your approval before proceeding.
A signed proposal or contract is required before any work begins. Signed documents govern the specific scope, price, schedule, warranty terms and payment milestones for your project and take precedence over anything on this website.
Riverstone Construction stands behind its workmanship in accordance with the warranty terms stated in your signed project agreement and, where applicable, the North Carolina General Contractor licensing requirements. Manufacturer warranties on materials (such as roofing shingles, cabinets and windows) are provided by the manufacturer and pass through to you as the property owner. Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by neglect, misuse, alterations by other parties or acts of God including hurricanes and severe storms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of the use of our website or services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cumberland County, North Carolina.
